If the one administering the test finds the urine to be too "clear" in color, he can say the test is inconclusive.

One idea that I've heard through the grapevine is take a lil squeeze pouch thing and tape it around your penis and use someone clean's urine.

 

A small squeeze bulb, like the ones on turkey basters or siphon bulbs can be used. they hold a decent amount of liquid and can be concealed easily.
