lol he failed, but really lucked out and his old job took him back....after spring break he says hes stopping cold...and drinking shit loads of cranberry juice for 2 weeks before even thinking of applying for a new job...and he really wanted that job for a long time....hes gonna go crazy when some friends and i are smoking, cause hes a huge pot head...pretty funny....

oh yeah i forgot to say....what happens if you fail? that company cant realease any iformation on that right? or the clinic where he got it done right? hes all paranoid about it...i told him its against the law for them to tell anyone...i wasnt sure about that, i jsut said it to give up some damn peace of mind.

That trick never works.

No, the company requesting the test cannot release the results to anyone except law enformcement (if they have a warrant). The testing facility cannot release the information to anyone except the person or company which were authorized by your friend to receive it (check the release form he signed when taking the test).

Gee. Daily pot smoker and failed a drug test....
Hmmm..maybe he needs an IQ test too.
