keep in mind that were not speeding at all... jus cruising.. but it seems like everytime she pass by... she jus have something to say..... ur right... no disrespect.... but shes disrespecting us if that old lady keeps telling us what to do specially when were not speeding.... jus got fed up thats all
So? Ever thought of just nicely talking to the old lady? Instead of flipping her off? What good does that do? Makes you feel real good flippin off an old lady dosn't it? Have you tried to nicely speak to the old lady on how you are not speeding, and that next time you will be sure to slow down? I mean even if you weren't speeding...just being nice an respectful goes a long way, especially towards an old lady...common now.

One of my neighbors is a freaken dick.

When he first moved in and I was washing my car, acura RL, he goes and says "don't you have school? why are you washing your parent's car?" Mind you, i don't even live with my parents. Ever since then I never give him any respect or say hi.

A few months ago, we had some friends over..I guess one of them parked there cars on the street where the curb section is shared by both houses. More so on our side of the house though.

Next morning he comes over to complain and says that we have to park 2 ft away from his property line, it's the law and if we don't comply he can tow our cars. I'm like "f' you, tow my shit and you pay for it."

Then he goes and moves his mail box that was in front of his house to that little area so now we don't park there during the weekdays anymore cause the mailman is one lazy f'er and doesn't get out of his truck to deliver the mail.

I don't know what the neighbor's problem is, we RARELY park there. We can fit up to 4 cars in our driveway and only time theres a car parked on the street in that area is when we have people over (rarely). Dude is never home too...
actually he doesnt own the streets. so you can park there and not have it tolled away. i park in front of my mailbox sometimes when its full. the mailperson has to either get out to deliver the mail or skip it. *its one of those multi mail box units*

I would park in front of it anyways. If he's an @ss then what goes around comes around. ask and thou shall receive.

Why cant you park in front of the mailbox?

Our mailman drives his truck directly to the mailbox for each house to deliver the mail. If you park directly infront of the mailbox he will get out and go to your front door to complain or put a note on your car.

I don't know if its the certain city I live in now or what but I remember back then mailmen parked their trucks and walked to each house to deliver the mail if it wasn't one of those centralized mailboxes.

You guys sound like a bunch of little kids. Why the disrespect? If someone tells you to slow down or keep the noise down, they have every right to do so. Its of course up to you to listen, but there is no need to make the noise louder, or say or gesture in profain ways. You dont own the streets, and people have the right to not have to listen to your loud ass car driving up and down the street. Seems like all your neighbors are justified in doing what they do.

I have a very loud exhaust, but I cruise into my garage and make as little noise as possibe. If i pass by cars with alarms i hit the clutch. If you show peopel respect, you will get it back.
Totally agreed.

You have strange neighbors. I used to have a young man living across the street who loved cars. He had a suped up mustang. He worked on it in the driveway; had lots of tools. His friends came over with their nice cars or ricer cars and worked too. At all times of day and night. They never got drunk outside and didn't speed in the neighborhood, though some of them had loud exhausts. It was like having my own private security firm. I felt so safe when I got off work at 1 in the morning and they were there. Nothing was ever stolen or vandalized. When I got my S, they all came over and admired it, then when I saw them while driving, they'd nod to another car person even though I am older than his mother.
