Default Nose allergies?

The weather has been getting warmer and it was nice for a day or two. Now I can't go anywhere with the windows open or sneezing 10 times in a row.

Anybody know any good products for my nose? any over the counter stuff?

zicam nozzle spray, it's over the counter, just shoot that sucker in each side 3-4 times and it'll get rid of the snot within seconds and keep it clear all day.

loratadine (claritin) is good and over the counter, fexofenadine (allegra) is better and prescription only. nasal sprays help out, but they are mainly for reducing inflammation in your sinuses (with a slight steriod of some sort), they aren't an anti-histamine.

i'm a self-proclaimed expert, allergic to...almost everything

get lots of anti-oxidents, for some reason it helps me...
maybe cuz of the stress it take off my body for the from the free radicals..
my body probably adjusts to the allergens with alot more ease...
