why in the hell would you egg someones car anyway.

Having been to Atlanta, it's one of the last places I'd egg a car, along with Detroit, Compton, etc. Without even reading the news, I'd already know both of them are blacks. Am I right? (No racism intended).

Regarding a kid egging cars, kids will always be kids, there's no need to kill. There were kids who toilet papered some houses in my neighborhood, but no one was killed. But then again, my neighborhood isn't exactly like Compton either. But, kids will always be kids. That shooter will be charged with homicide and pay with his freedom. For shame!

Egging someone's car is not a "prank"... For those of you who don't know egg completely rips off your paint. I've had my car egged before, when I went to clean it off, every single spot where there was a tiny amount of egg, the paint came completely off with the egg... It caused a couple thousand dollars of damage...

What would you do if you were at a stop light and someone walked up to your car with a baseball bat and started wrecking hell on your car and did a few thousand dollars of damage? Or if you came out of work, and saw someone doing it? Yes, the action is a little more dramatic, but the results in monetary damage are the same...

Honestly, I wouldn't have shot the kid, but I'm glad someone did... People think they can do whatever the heck they want because our justice system is so screwed up its not even funny...

If the guy gets off on bail, I'll fly down to Atlanta and buy him a drink.

 

He killed a kid, and will pay for it dearly with his freedom. Life is about choices; make a wrong one and your freedom would be gone. If someone has damaged your car, house, property, etc., call the authorities and resolve it through insurance or their own restitution, but taking a life and you'd be in deep shit. The only way it'd hold in court is if your life had been in danger. Otherwise, deep stinky shit.

 

WTF is wrong with you people? How could you think that this murder was at all justified. Do you seriously value a cars paint as equal to the life of a human being? Some of you idiots seriously scare me. A punch in the face would be understandable but how can you say that you are glad he was killed over it? Take a step back and imagine that this kid was your little brother, would you still buy the guy a beer?

 

As a gun owner with a brain, I would have never even thought about my gun. I agree with others that there is probably more to this story but from what we know, I would have either kicked his ass and\or just drove to the car wash.

 

^ Careful, some of those automatic car washes can be just as bad for your paint as the eggs.
