They do it at every Olympic. Due to scheduling and venu limitations, they always schedule some events before the official opening ceremony. I'll be watching the opening tonight, and see how US-biased the NBC coverage will be. I may end up watching the Telemundo (Spanish) coverage even though I don't understand Spanish, but I think they may be more balanced.

I wanna see Chinese Taipei (a.k.a. Taiwan) to win the gold trophy for baseball game. Damn!! Hate seeing Cuba and Japan always occupy the first and second place.. GO GO GO TAIWAN !!! I meant Chinese Taipei !!!!

My friend Daniel Cormier I went to high school with is competing in 96 kg freestyle wrestling... only person in the US to qualify in his weight class.

Whatsup with this opening ceremony program on NBC? It's wack.

First had to watch these dorky looking girls run around in circles on ice for an hour. Now they're showing a WHOLE bunch of people run around themselves in circles on ice. Good thing though, they have masks on this time around.

I'm guessing this is the winter olympic shiznuts?
