Yes hey are 8" drain holes (kinda like sumps) that reduce down to 3" pvc piping being gravety fed to the first 300gal stock tank (settlement chamber) kinda like a Koi toilet. As the pump (pulling water to the waterfall) skimms the clean water off the top it draws down the tank, naturally water finds its own balance drawing the poo from the bottome of the pond into this tank. The inlets are directed in a counter clockwise direction (natural for this part of the hemisphere) thus "tossing" the solids to the sides and end up settling on the bottom. All I need to do is throw in a sump pump every qtr and pump it out, well thats the plan anyway

Yea water finally done, I left a little room for overflow since its supposed to rain a couple days this week. Final number was 21,000gal but I cut it off early, could probably squeek another 2k in but its not that important.

Really pleased at the levelness of the pond and the SC, was a bit worried about that. The slope of the land really plays tricks with your eyes when trying to find level.

Need to finish mortaring the waterfall , waiting for pump to come in, then its just "cleaning up" the liner edge.
