I will jack the heat in the igloo if you give me the dates you will be arriving
I wish people would figure out that not all of canada is cold. Some northern US states get more nasty weather than we do. Every place on earth has what they call winter.
I think this year there is a huge accomplishment with the Canadian athletes. Hosting the Olympics, accomplishing 14 gold medals. I think Canada should be proud.
Yes people, we all live in igloos, we all say eh, and hockey is our game.

Yeah instead we have the worlds most boring sport (baseball) and a bunch of fatass' running into each other every 5 minutes and the commercials are more important then the actual game(football).

Awesome game.
Pick any major city in Canada and the streets went wild with people when it was over. I muted the TV and listened to cheering, whistling, and horns honking. I took a drive past the bar street to pick up dinner an hour after the game ended, and it was mobbed with people on foot, carrying flags, loaded up in the back of pick up trucks, and hanging out car windows.
IMO the win really brought the country together, if only for a brief few hours. There needn't be a continuing feud, the games are over.
On a different note, the closing ceremony embarassed me for several reasons.
