wow, just wow. unless business suddenly changes its whole dynamic when u shift countries, then, no. i have no clue whatsoever when it comes to setting up a business, nor do i know what is involved with dealing with shop fitters, architects, designers, suppliers, councils, and customers.
and god forbid, if u live in the mystical place called chicago, that opening a business there is even more different than in the USA.
yes, you are very correct, i have no idea what goes on in america, there isnt anything called the newspaper, or the internet that reports the goings-on around the world, albeit biased in some way. we are tucked away in our own little world, "down under".
