Osama Bin Laden DEAD
ORLY???
SEAL Team 6 doesn't exist anymore... it was replaced years ago by the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DevGru)... The media is spouting out so much misinformation, its not even funny...
The US Government hasn't released information on who was involved in the operation, or what was used... But my guess would be that either the CIA's Special Activity Division, DevGru, 1st SFOD-Delta, 160th SOAR, or any combination of the previously mentioned were used.

I'm much more prone to believe the Associated Press and Reuters specifically sourcing Seal Team Six as the men behind the bullets than YoZUpZ. Is it possible it was just dug further undeground? Perhaps privatized like Blackwater -> Xe Services. Please cite where seal team six was disbanded and is now factually extinct in any form.

So if ST6 doesn't exist, how have they been successfully raiding places and have current missions? I'm sure this isn't a slight typo who mentions the Navy SEALs and DevGru separately. I'm sure I'll be waiting a while for the inner wisdom of YoZUpZ on the inner working of DevGru, the JSO, and the NAF in whole.
The Navy SEALs won't confirm they carried out the attack, but their current chief, Rear Adm. Edward Winters, at Naval Special Warfare Command in California, sent an email congratulating his forces and cautioning them to keep their mouths shut.
"Be extremely careful about operational security," he added. "The fight is not over."
It was a warning few needed in the secretive group, where operators are uncomfortable with media coverage, fearing revealing details could let the enemy know what to expect the next time.
Made up of only a few hundred personnel based in Dam Neck, Va., the elite SEAL unit officially known as Naval Special Warfare Development Group, or "DEVGRU," is part of a special operations brotherhood that calls itself "the quiet professionals."
SEAL Team Six raided targets outside war zones like Yemen and Somalia in the past three years, though the bulk of the unit's current missions are in Afghanistan. The Associated Press will not publish the names of the commanding officers, to protect them and their families from possible retaliation by militants for the bin Laden operation.
