Out of respect for the owners of this forum and its moderators, I have deleted my previous OT posts with political overtones. I can understand the appropriateness of keeping politics off this board, even in OT. It is a good policy that I hope is consistently enforced. Although I sometimes enjoy playing the role of the sarcastic smartass, it really isn't my intent to make waves.

Any kind of political or religious bantering will be deleted, not just locked. There are places to talk politics, this isn't one of them. That's my policy and I will sctrictly enforce it so no need to worry. Enjoy the the politically free zone

Not sure that I agree that all politics suck all the time but I sure appreciate having a "politics free zone" here at s2000 Online.

Laster, I just changed that last line of my last post ... I was kidding around and I am glad you do appreciate the politics free zone.

I second all the above, and I look forward to consistency of enforcement.

Thanks BobRod for respecting this policy. I don't want to come off as harsh just intolerant. Your other post was fine, it was just generally about politics and quite funny. But there won't be any talk of issues or dogma or partisanship of any kind. I locked that thread to demonstrate that I'm serious and wont joke or be challenged or drawn into a debate about politics or the policy of not allowing it here.

If you suggest how someone should vote, say how you will vote, discuss any political issue or draw any reference to political partisanship then I'm going to come down on it. That's the guideline and it will be a fairly applied as best I can apply it.

Politics and politicians offend me. So if I feel offended by comments, I'll remove them. Thanks again for your cooperation on this. I'm not trying to single you out in any way.

BTW, I've changed my sig to give equal time to moronic comments by a different person, just to be fair.
