I'm pretty sure that people have died from getting hit by baseballs from wooden bats, yet no lawsuits. Hmmmm...

 

There is no more personal responsibility anymore. Something bad happened? It's always someone else's fault. It's easy to blame the ambulance-chasers but I'd rather hold the courts and judges accountable for allowing these farces to parade through our justice system.

 

I was at Home Depot the other day looking to buy a ladder. The thing had about 30 WARNING stickers saying how I shouldn't lean it against a live electrical wire, use it upside down, stand on the top step, exceed 2000lbs. WTF?

I don't need a ladder. And screw aluminum bats

 

This isn't about being a pussy. This is about Americans milking any and all systems for every penny imaginable. It's more greed than being a wuss...

 

I dont like most of the human race, most are out just for themselves. Thats just what i get out of all this.
