I was wondering how meter maids give you a ticket if you have no license plates on your car and the VIN number badge on your dash is covered by say, a windshield sun screen or dash cover, or something else.
Similarly, how do "red light cameras" catch you if you have not front or rear plate?

I park wherever I want and whenever I want........one problem I have a few tickets! but it's worth the gamble to me rather than circling around looking for a legal spot.........just FYI my ticket to illegal parking ratio is excellent!!
