i got ripped by a guy on ebay for a bluetooth headset. never shipped it. i paid via paypal so i file a dispute with paypal.

a month and a half, a pile of emails to and from and now they want a police report.

wtf?

what is so complicated. i get screwed and nothing happens.

there has got to be a better way.

I know if that happens when you use your visa card "directly" then you can file a dispute......did paypal indicate that they had similar coverage?

how much was the headset?

 

wouldn't it be easy to prove that you never receive it? Don't you sign for the package? He has to prove that doesn't he.

 

Something similar happ to me I bought something sent the money. They didnt send anything to me filed a complaint he had no tracking numb so I won the investigation................ NOW the thing that sucked he had no money in his account to give me back he finally paypaled me the money back
