hahahaha... i'm surprised the salesperson at benz dealership even gave him the time of day. i went to the benz dealership here in eugene to go look at a used s2000. i pull up in my integra and wait forever for anyone to even acknowledge my presence... then when i ask where the s2k is at the snooty salesman laughs and says "ohhh... that's at our 'starter's lot' downtown." the dealership had a separate lot for all the trade-ins that are "unworthy" of sitting on the "real" lot.

 

ive gotten that kind of treatment before...I was at the lexus dealership last year...i was in the lot and in the sales area for about 30 minutes before a single person acknowleged me...then the only car they would let me look at was an is300...this was the week the new is250 and 350 came out...which is what i was looking at...they didnt want to let me test drive the is250 or 350...so i went and bought an s instead...guess it worked out for the best

 

I remember that high school kid who did this with a first-line dealership last year. I think he was caught only after trying to buy a second car from the dealership in the same manner. Whatever the case, he was pimping a maxed 7 series for about two weeks at high school, and no one asked why - not even his parents...
