Try to stay away from oily and spicy food also... that would help a little.

what i've learned...greasy food does not mean greasy face, spicy will do it, as said
-a product called "proactive" is supposed to be the ultimate cure
-a dermatoligist told me of a pill, taken daily, can cure you...but its expensive; i would ask the derm about all

I actually heard the food thing really doesnt make a difference.

Two things i noticed that really helped mine. One was not staying up late. Proper amount of rest really makes a diffference.

The other was not having any hair product in when going to sleep. Having crap on your pillow that gets on your face closes your pours too.

On the other hand, i v heard the Proactive stuff they sell on TV works wonders as well

You can buy proactive over the counter right? Or is it a special order type thing?

knock on wood--i don't have acne--my ex had it bad and i bought proactiv--it worked sooo good--face cleared up fast--but only the deep cleanser and the face recovery cream worked--

it's cheaper to order thru qvc.com since you get a package deal. something like 14.99 for the trial package. hold on i'll post the link for it.
