Accutane is for desperate people. It's the route you DON'T want to go.
Read the list of side-effects (if you can manage to read through the entire thing), and you'll see that DEATH has been mentioned a few times (just do a 'find' for death), or at least it used to be listed there when I took it 5-6 years ago.
They also mention 'Skull Abnormalities', which might explain the bump behind my head? and also a very similar thing on my friends head that also took accutane before me.
Accutane only bys you time (and it's not exactly clear if it's entirely safe for your body at all). The time is enough for some, and not for others and their acne returns.

What's with me and popping? But I like it. It feels relieved, like a prisoner has just been released.
