pimples acne i look like crap
EVO....if your'e younger (20's) try sitting in the sun for a bit each day. When i was in my teens I had mild acne (hereditary) and I noticed it went away as soon as summer break kicked in. My summer jobs included landscaping which was sun-city.
I tried the chemicals that were out in the late 80s...bad stuff.
Drink lots of water too.

i remember back when i was 16 or 17, i was on acutane.
Did you know people who use that stuff have a higher rate of suicide rates? my sister told me that a few years after i was on it.
I didn't like the monthly blood test. but that stuff was great.

I had really horrible acne at a point but there were a couple factors than turned things around quickly after i tried a couple of things..
I tried proactive, it did a great job of drying my skin out and that after lotion i used did a good job of ruining some of my clothes (benzyl peroxide i think?) correct away. I didnt like the look of having dry skin.
Tetricycline for awhile... I dont like taking pills and it brought my mood down.
Retin-A Micro-- Made my skin red.. Used it for 7 weeks but it just kept slowly peeling away the first layer of my skin. I gues thats how it works. I didnt like it, pimples came back eventually.
Okay.. so the comment about correct diet, it worked (for me). Strange but i made a crazy fruit/vegetable drink every morning. Care of the juice tiger. Had celery, an apple, cucumber, and piece of bitter melon (found at most asian markets). Taste like shit but damn it cleaned my system out. I noticed clearer skin after a month. I also changed my sleeping habits. Start my day earlier and tried not to go to bed late.
Everyone is different, but this is what worked for me. I know a couple of people that swear my pro-active. Its not for me. I dont like all that hassle plus i like the feeling i get when i drink that vegetable drink.
Good luck, I understand it is a painful experience, both for yoru face and confidence.

a good friend of mine is a dermatologist and says licking assholes is the best way to clear acne. no myth!

I dont really have a big problem with acne, but whenever I get the occasional breakouts, I find a day at the beach, salt and sun, has ALWAYS made my skin clearer and better by that same night. Sometimes me and my friends only goto the beach to get exfoliated (sand) and clearer skin (water and sun) and a tan (sun)
