A funny thing just happened. I called the shop in which the buyer went to verify the damage and quote.
I asked the guy if he remembered a customer coming in and getting a quote on a set of gold volks with polished lip that were supposively bent.
He did not recall. After a few moments, the said he did remember a guy "calling" in for a quote and that yes, they do charge about $105 for a repair on bent wheels.
