he package good....iknow....the front of the rims had a cut out circle of card-board box but the back side no protection.....i have no idea how greyhound handled them....when i arrived i saw them just laying on the floor with no-one around to help me check out (didnt ask for id)....when i talked to the tire guy at americas tire he said he balanced as much as he could but the wheel hopp (as it spinned on the blance machine) would not go away cause they were bent....he said passenger wheels had it the worst (he assumed that he hit a pot hole) but i told him he assured me he didnt cause suspension so low....trust me i would love to return these back and pay for shipping.....(i wouldnt of paypaled him first if i was scamming him)

We need pictures not excuses.

We have before pictures. Now we need after pictures.

if i was a shopp i would definetly charge something to take a tire off a wheel and inspect them and have to put the tire back on right? wouldnt you ?? makes business since.....but if i already took it to a tire place and they already tried to balance them that should be good enough to insure me that they are bent like he said and like i said you can call him at the number listed above.......thanks!

The greyhound I went to was indeed sketchy... The customer service was horrible.

So, you don't want to repair these and instead return them? I wouldn't mind this niether but it makes not sense because shipping cost will almost cover the cost of repair. If you are willing to pay for shipping, why don't you repair the wheels and I'll cover the rest.

You have nothing to be afraid of when paypaling me $650. I still need your set of AP2 wheels. That means I'm trusting you with only giving me $650 SHIPPED for my wheels. You can't use that excuse.

After balancing the tires, did the shop make a notation on the receipt that the rim was received at his shop bent? Provide a recommendation that you need a new rims because it is unsafe?
