fyi.....fedex lady called and asked me to fax her over the msrp of the wheels and thats it....will update later

 

Fedex settled for 403. I asked blks2k to keep 40 to compensate for cost of dismounting/mounting the tires. Finally resolved!!!

 

When Tirerack ships wheels out with tires on them, they don't even package them. The put a thin piece of cardboard to protect the face from cosmetic scratches, but that's it. It is impossible to bend a wheel with a tire on it, inflated. Short of the delivery truck running them over, they can't be bent during shipping.

 

I'm assuming you didn't read through this whole thread. We came to the conclusion that none of the wheels were bent.
