Default PS2 Mod Chip in Hong Kong?

Has anyone installed a modchip at the golden arcade? Does it work? Do you have the installers name / booth number? Price?

I have. Don't have the name but it cost me US$175 or so for the conversion! I'm a F.O.B.

Do it yourself...it's easy. I did mine. When I installed my chip it had like 50+ wires, now the new chips only have <20 or so. Just buy a soldering iron and some solder for $20 from radio shack and in 1.5 hrs you're done.

It's not thaaaat hard. Just get a fine point soldering iron. Only takes less than an hour for the newer chips.

I got several PS2 and XBOX consoles chipped by this guy:

He's pretty knowledgeable and does good, quick work.
