NEO GEO!!!!!!!!

Now you can get an old modded Xbox to emulate any old Neo Geo game, or arcade game, or old NES game, or N64, or Sega Genesis, or Daphne Laser Disc game............etc.

Emulators are awsome.

One of my buddies got the original Panasonic 3DO when it came out. We literally sat around for an entire summer and played Need for Speed to our heart's content. It was awesome.

PS3 ditches the rumble pack? What????? Thats one of my favorite video game feature. You GOTTA feel that machine gun fire when you pull the trigger!

I am told that Xbox got sued for using the rumble feature but settled out of court so they get to use it. Sony was bieng sued for a much higher amount due to a higher number of consoles in circulation and projected in the future, so they just dropped it and put in the Wii motion sensor copy. Sony, pay the darn cash!!!!!! Rumble will be far better than this motion sensor gimmick.

They were showing some flight combat game for the PS3 where you would steer the plane buy tilting the controller. LAME. Gimme rumble instead.

Which brings up another question, will ANYBODY buy the Nintendo???

Its still the number one kids system. Parents rarely buy kids anything other than Nintendo, due to content, although in the past few years, that is changing.

Xbox will win. The gaming demographic is getting more mature and the Xbox appeals more. Sure Playstation has tons of games - like YuGiOh 1 thru 10 which my 8 year old brother loves, but seriously....

Also, Grand Theft Auto is now Xbox exclusive....

My bets are on the PS3. Why? Blu-Ray. As a format, Blu-Ray will win over HD-DVD. My opinion comes from the $$$$$$ industry, who is supporting Blu-Ray. $$$$$$ sells and as a result of all those lonely men out there buying $$$$$$ and whacking off to **** Fest 21 with Jenna Jameson, Blu-Ray will win.

I think PS3 will sell more consoles, sure. But the Xbox 360 will gain a huge amount of market share from the last round of console wars.

Gates said at E3 the Xbox 360 will have a 10 million console head start, when the PS3 comes out they will still have a price advantage and a game library advantage.

Sony needs to hit some major home runs between now and the end of E3. Xbox is hitting solid doubles and with each person that sees this and says, "ehhhhh, I was going to wait for the PS3, but price is high and I am tired of waiting." only encourages one of their friends to buy one as well so they can play games together. And they'll tell two friends and so on, and so on, and so on.

Sony will still sell more but don't be surprised to see them lose 20-25% of the market that they once held. I think this round will go from Sony domination to a maybe a ten point spread. And don't think Sony execs are not worried about it.

I am speaking of US market only. Japan will go Sony all the way. Nintendo will still keep about the same small peice they are at right now.

As mentioned above, Blu-Ray means dick. They'll be a commodity player soon enough. So what does it do for the console itself versus HD-DVD? Nothing. Both have more than enough storage for PS3/360 games.

Can Sony pull ahead? Sure. But you'd really bet on vaporware versus something that currently sells all they can make? Not a smart bet. MS has plenty of manuevering room to compete with anything Sony brings to the table (lower the box cost, lower Live cost, add to Live, accessories).

Oh yeah, Goldeneye on N64 was great (same for Perfect Dark!).

Blu-Ray is nothing for AT LEAST 4 years. Thats how long it will take for everyone to be able to have an HD tv. Next, XBOX is mod friendly, so dont be surprised if they release a drive swap so it can play Blu-Ray as well.

Blu-Ray = Sega CD....for now. (very new and cool, but no-one cared)
