I would list your MBA first, not your BS. I would think the month the degree was awarded would be acceptable. I know my Dad doesn't even put the dates down on his resume anymore because too many companies use those dates from a long time ago to weed him out because he's "old". You probably don't need to worry about that.
Putting the MBA first is a great idea, especially since my undergrad degree has nothing to do with my professional experience. Thanks for the idea. I can't believe I overlooked something so simple.

I think I'm going to list completion dates for my degrees until I'm finished with the MBA. Then I'll consider dropping the dates altogether. The reason I'm considering doing so is the converse of why your dad does it -- because I don't want to be weeded out due to being relatively young. I'm in my mid-20's and that seems like it could be a negative for certain positions of authority.

Thanks again for the tip.

Thanks, everyone. I spoke to some other folks at school last night and the recommendation is to just go ahead and list the degree along with the expected graduation date. So, you guys' advice was basically spot-on, and that's what I'll be doing.

Now, does anyone know if having a MBA will actually help me move from tech into business? I suppose that's a question for another thread though...

Thanks again to all who replied, the help was much appreciated.

One thing is if you leave it as "MBA from University of XXX", you too can excel in the San Fernando Valley!

At that point, I suspect the letters "MBA" may stand for something other than "Master of Business Administration."
