I'm looking to invest in other areas besided the Bay Area.
Does anybody in here have advice on hot locations for real estate investment? How about your town? Does anyone have a home or know of a home owner that needs to sell now and is willing to discount their property? What are prices like for a basic 3/2 in your town? What's nearby? How are the schools, transportation, crime, cultural events and quality of life in general? Does your area have planned expansion that would enhance an investment?
