Crazy in the head = crazy in the bed

Don't even try to have a "relationship" with the nutjobs. I know, easier said than done (as they only get crazy after an arbitrary point). . .

Raj is 99% on about this; there's a thrill factor. Once you can detach yourself from that, you're golden.

We are often attracted to people that have what we perceive to be a need in our life. Life too boring? You date the chaotic chicks. Feeling undersexed? You date absolute nymphos. Need a mommy figure? You date one. The girl needs a daddy figure? They go for the stable guys (but then gets bored because you're not the jerk that shows up on holidays - you're behaving like the boring schlub that's now married to mom).

If you really want a lasting relationship, find your female match. The two of you should have similar philosophies, goals, and wants. . . which often happens because you grow up in similar situations.

Now, time for me to dig into you. . .

<rant>
WHAT THE F_CK YOU THINKIN' having a relationship before you're 26? Serious girlfriend? Where the f_ck are your balls? Pump 'em and dump 'em. You didn't know how things were going to go until about. . . now, so why were you trying to complicate your life with adding a long-term relationship? You don't watch Oprah, so why are you trying to buy into the The Gynocracy's belief that you need a long-term money-sucking, dream-killing, succubus? Where are you dreams? Where are your wants? They're not with some cute #$@& running around in Daddy's car clutching her Prada purse. She's looking for a meal ticket and somebody that will buy her house. You don't need that.

What you need is down at an upscale restaurant bar, sucking down her third Cosmo (on her dime), and waiting for a smile. . . just for an evening. . . then tomorrow, you're back to working for you.

Go get 'em!!!!!
</rant>

Seriously though, if you want something lasting, chances are good they're not too far out of your purview. You're a guy; time is on your side. It's a marathon, not a horse race.

Agree with Raj. You like to create a co-dependent relationship. You are trying to be the "knight in shining armor".

Women - Can't live with them, can't kill them either.

Dude, it is really scary how you think like me...

Every time I go to post, your previous post renders mine redundant

You are Captain Save-A-Ho.

Find a nice girl who isn't insane. If you can find one that is.

LOL, these posts are great. My whole life, I've been the impenetrable, iron chested, cold hearted, pump and dump champion, but this girl somehow found her way through all that and somehow got me to care about her.

I'm at the point where I can't even tell my closest friends how many girls I've been with. Wounded duck, I like that one too. Somebody make a wikipedia entry.

s2ki, you've been a big help. Please feel free to keep replying. I'm glad I could write this here, because if I said this to my boys, I'd get ragged on endlessly. lol.

Easy, you like most young guys ...
It's funny how a missing comma can steer words.
