There was another story where a man's teenager was sexually assaulted and sodomized by an older teenager. So the father kidnapped the suspect, tied him to a tree in the middle of a forest, sodomized him the same way he did to his son, beat him half to death, then called the cops and told them where to find him and where he would be so they could arrest him.

I think he ended up getting one year conditional sentence, not positive. No jail time though, I remember that.

 

There was a movie similar to that, IIRC, Sling Blade. He killed a man then called the authorities to let them know of the situation and ate biscuits and gravy as he waited for them to come.

A stupid question. It stops when one side decides to stop. Anyone knows revenging will only brings more trouble, but it's not like emotion is easily controlled. You wish you had a button in yourself that can turn your anger off with a single push.

Is this assuming you didn't know your attacker? How would *you* (the raped) even find the person to do any revenge?

If you did happen to know your attacker then a quick DNA test would be an easy conviction I would think......and the attacker will at least be in jail for several years more than likely getting sodomized without any lube.

like stated above, any real revenge would pretty much put the victim in jail....

"Accidently" run over the guy? Strap on a dildo and **** him in the ass? Sign him up for some Prepaid legal? / Egg his house? / Amway? / sign him up for Bed Wetting Classes?

 

 

The overwhelming majority of victims know their attacker. And unfortunatlely DNA means little when courts call into question the victim's character, motives, whether it was in fact consensual, etc.
