Default S2000 is bird-proof

Greg and I were cruising through the great Wisconsin back roads yesterday on my way to King Motorsports to see our buddy, Scott, and a bird flew right in front of me. Well, we were travelling at a high rate of speed so there was no time to react and BANG!! We took out the bird. Our friends behind us said they wondered what happened because all of a sudden they saw a poof of feathers!!

Greg's first words were, "poor little bird"

My first words were, "I hope the car is OK"

Well, we got to King and I inspected the front end and no damage at all. I don't have a grill and it didn't get sucked into the radiator area and I have brake ducts and it didn't get sucked into the rotor area.

And for the record, my car ran beautifully over the holiday weekend. It started everytime, I didn't grind one gear, the top went up and down without issue, my differential is still in one piece and I never looked to see what time it is while in the car.

That bird is dead, or as good as dead. I wish the S2 was bird crap proof though.

Yea, that poor little bird hit with such force that I actually felt it!

It was a cool looking bird too...I still say, "poor little bird"

Had I been driving my car, since King is the only people (besides myself) to lay hands on her, she would have started and ran like yours did, Brad. Because my car starts every single time, the top goes down, no grinds, diff is in tact...works 100%.

Good time this week. Wish I wasn't going back to work, tho. I want to play ALL the time!
