come on back to reality with us. as I said earlier in this thread. its much cheaper on society to just kill the bastard in your house then to let him rob you and maybe a few others, possibly hurt someone and then end up in prison which we have to pay for.
its easier to just end it right there for everyone.

It also depends on if forensics even cares - they don't investigate everything, only when there's a need - aka they need to solve a crime. If your story that they guy broke in and you shot him holds up, they may not investigate forensics.
