I currently work at the local Arbys in my town, and working drive thru you see these things every day.

My story

Customer - I wanted Mt. Dew ( He changed his mind)
Me - Ok heres your Mt. Dew
Customer - I need sauce
Me - Heres the sauce

Customer drives away and then decides to come back in the lobby and tends to tell me I gave him the wrong fries.

So I give him the ones he wants

Customer - It took three times to get my order correct
Me - I'll try for 4 next time
Customer - I wont be back (he gets all mad)
Me - Oh no a $10 order isnt coming back

Remind you that we where really busy and the lobby was full of people. They all just stared.

Dont think I have poor people skills because I dont. I can handle alot but when someone tells me that I had their order wrong and I know I dont, that makes me kinda mad. Ive done the same job for 4 years, not to say I dont make mistakes, but I its hard to make a mistake when you just push buttons on a screen and bag the things they order when you have been there for so long.
