I have passed many piss tests, mostly because my parents gave me random ones (back in the highschool days) after my friend got busted by his parents. Thank god those days are over with, but question at hand......

I'm a habitual smoker (Ie come home from work, clean, eat, then smoke) and smoke close to every day. I have passed before with only a 3 day break and not doing anything too extreme.

Go buy some Golden Seal, most GNC stores carry them in a pill form. Take 3 of them drink water like mad for 3 days, I aimed for 2 Gallons+ per day, and be ready to pee neon yellow it will almost glow in the dark. Morning of day 2, take 2 more Golden Seal, continue drinking, one more that night to be safe. Morning of day 3 drink, drink, drink, IMO the more water you pee into that cup for them the better off you are.

So far using the above method I have yet to not pass, including for jobs. Generally speaking THC will hang around for 15-30ish days depending on alot of variables. If they test hair etc. you are screwed, don't bother.

back in HS, i worked at blockbusters and yup.. they took the lock of hair. i thought that was pretty extreme but yup.. i passed..

way to be responsible. dont take a job because they do random testing , which means you cant get high.

Bah, IMO I see little difference between smoking a lil'dube vs. drinking some beer. Really I bet generally speaking grass is a better drug overall. My point being, when do you think a fight broke out at a hash bar because someone was 'looking' at 'their' girlfriend, not often. Now take that same setting, but in a regular bar, you can guess the resault.

Also, who the hell cares what one does in his/her freetime, as long as it does not effect your work. Now pulling tubes before you go to work is a different story.

I think everyone goes though a time when our priorites are a little "out of order" but that gives you or anyone a right to judge anyone. Instead of bad mouthing someone for something that YOU don't approve of how about a few words of incouragement. ie: "Hey man maybe it is about time you kick it to the curb because if you are affraid to get a "first step" type job because of your habbit you can't get the "second step" with out taking the first." Haha, it's funny how people are so down on weed and other illicit drugs, but legal drugs (alcohol, coffee, cigarettes) are socially acceptable and often glorified. What an irony.

Keep in mind that Skuzzy is talking about a job in Blockbuster retail - it's not exactly end of the world if he doesn't take that job...a bit premature to be talking about priorities in this situation, I think. Now if the guy had three kids, a wife, and two parents to take care of, and turned down a CEO position because of drug testing, then there might be questions about priorities, but c'mon, a young guy and a Blockbuster's retail position isn't quite the same.

At any rate, I've never understood why stuff like this matters if it doesn't affect one's work. Some people can hang with smoking weed and maintaining priorities, while others can't. Inevitably, it's the lame people who can't hang that end up being the poster children for the anti-weed campaign. This would be the equivalent of using the handful of idiots who can't drive worth a shit to demonstrate why cars are dangerous. We shouldn't be telling those people "just say no", we should be telling them "if you can't stand the heat then get the out the kitchen".

For people who can hang with smoking weed and keeping their priorities straight, smoking weed has about as much of an effect on their work as drinking coffee does. In other words, no effect.
