Pull a BrawnGP. Find a loophole or alternate/strict interpretation of the rules. If the rule says: "No sex in the house" then do it in the back yard or on the front porch. If the rule says: "No sex in your room" then do it in the living room, or better yet, in your parents' room.
But, seriously, just don't stay with them when you need sex. If you need it every day, then get a hotel. If you can hold out for 3 nights, then don't stay more than 3 nights. As mentioned earlier, if they ask why, then answer honestly. They'll either accomodate your "needs" or they'll at least understand why you're visiting less frequently or why you don't stay in their home when you visit.
