That's exactly what I'm thinking. Especially this time of year when it doesn't get dark till late. It gets dark here around 9:30. That or the kids are huffin shit.

It's pretty much dark here by 8:30 and it was no later than that when I hit the spray paint can. That was also the first time I had mowed that late. That neighbor wouldn't have a problem with it since she doesn't mind loud late night parties in a rental house she has next door to her. She's also the kind of person that doesn't mind speaking her mind. Also I'm the quiet neighbor here, no go karts after dark, no fireworks, no parties, etc...

I keep coming back to kids messing around.
