I dont understand how people dont like shreck. the first one is a clasic, and the second is also very well thought out. i hope they stop though with shreck 2, i think if they were to make a 3rd one they would just kill it. hey toy story didnt have a 3rd movie.

The reason it made so much is some adults and teenagers want to see it, but so does every single damn child. Each child has 2 parents to take with them. I work at a movie theater, if you look at the shrek 2 crowd, its mostly adults because itll mostly be 2 parents and a kid.

Correct, Myers only did the voice. In fact, he did it twice. It was originally made for Farely, who went belly up before it was finished. Myers did it in a "regular" accent at first, then stumbled into the Scottish idea and they re-recorded the majority of the first movie.

I agree, the second one was better than the first. Definitely worth seeing, regardless of whether you have kids (IMO).
