Teenagers 16 maybe 17 should not be allowed to drive with passengers at night or unless supervised in the day. I think here in WA they chaned the law where you can't be out driving in the car after a certain time if your 16 or something with passengers. Of course not many kids abide by the law.

Statistics proves it, as the article said. I mean back just a few years when I was 16 whenever I was with my freinds all you wanted to do was crazy stuff and show off. Its so true.
Exactly. And because kids (16,17) make stupid choices like not wearing seatbelts, I don't think they should be allowed to handle a 2-ton object that can travel 100 mph.
