To be honest I'm just not happy with the punishment on speeding itself instead of not having a chance to appear before a judge. I think, say if you're 50kmph over the limit, then there really isn't much room to fight against it.

 

I have absolutely no problem with throwing the book hard at people who are dangerous on public roads, not obeying the rules. The ONLY problem I have is the lack of appearance before a judge, and the lack of procedure to ensure no error was made prior to punishment.
