spending spree
Personally, I'd probably travel more and race a LOT more (since I never do it, as of right now). My family are all in Canada or California so I have great places to visit and vacation in year round (Cali in the winter, Canada in the summer - golf and ski at my leisure). A nice Euro tour would be nice, too.
Extra $5k per month... I am already fairly content with what i do, so I would most likely just give most of it away to strangers & family who i felt needed $.... kind of like that old guy Percy Ross http://www.usdreams.com/Ross.html
if I had to spend it myself then I would sell my current race car and get a nicer one in a more competitive series..... Nicer vacations (though they are limited since my kids are in school full time). I am sure I could find another street car to buy, or blow a few $ modifying my z06...?
Maybe a bigger house with a bigger garage... each month I could upgrade the garage to the point that I could live in it.

My goal is to have more garage than house anyway My dream house doesn't actually have any living space on the main floor, just a large showroom for a dozen or so vehicles with a main staircase in the center up to the living quarters. It would be a functional garage space as well, with tools on a nice little in-floor rail system so you can easily swing the monster tool chests over to any of the vehicle locations. Lift would be located on the far right. and would lift the car up into a glass enclosed section in the kitchen so you can still showpiece a special vehicle when you aren't in the garage.
Maybe 5 or 6 years of dedicated saving with an extra $5k of disposable could make that happen.
BTW That Percy Ross thing is awesome, and I really look forward to the day when I can just go out and buy people things for fun without them expecting it, and without telling anyone. I suppose it's selfish because I'll feel pretty damn good about myself.

"Scenario:"
The posts don't say anything about it being more than a hypothetical question.
