Exactly, as I said before, give every cent to schools, to homeless shelters, fire departments etc... instead of paying for the govenors mansion and the cops new toys, then I will never ever bitch another word about them ever again.

You really think AZ and other photo scam agencies would keep them around if they were bleeding money?

They release biased and tainted reports on many occasions, to say its costing them more than they are making is a dog faced lie.

 

I don't know how they operate elsewhere, but they do not cover their own costs here. As far as manipulation of yellow timers etc, I can't speak on it.

GA keeps them up for safety's sake.
