how about when the bill is $8.00 and you give them 13.00 so you get a $5.00 bill back......
the dumb ones look at you like you are the idiot....... then you have to explain that you have enough $1.00 bills for the strip joint and that you would like a $5.00 bill.

Another stupid person entry:
Scenario: I am at a local Chinese restaurant with my girlfriend trying to order some dinner. There was a slight language barrier between me (American) and the waitress (Chinese), but the idiot barrier was also a problem.
(me) May I have the chicken teriyaki with no vegetables?
(her) Like the kind with vegetables?
(me) Yea, but with no vegetables.
(her) Ok, so chicken teriyaki & vegetables with no vegetables.
