has anyone else noticed the huge similarity between drivers of subarus these days?

I know this is a vast generalization but i see so many subarus with drivers that fit this profile that i cant help but wonder.

male
20-30 years old
short clean cut hair
sort of pale skin
a relatively "straight-arrow" disposition


i don't know how to describe it better than that, but when i explain it to people they all seem to know what i'm talking about.

 

I don't own a Subaru but I autocross one for a dealer.

Male: Yes
20-30 years old: No, well out of my 30's.
short clean cut hair: Yes
sort of pale skin: Maybe, I'm a mutt but mostly white, not real pale. Does that count?
a relatively "straight-arrow" disposition: Fit's me to a "T"

Short clean cut hair: Yes
HEY! What's wrong with pale?! But I live in New England, so I only get a tan when I go on vacation.
Straight-arrow: I don't know, maybe, but my crazy years are behind me for the most part.

Hahahaha...maybe there's a geographical component? It sounds like you and I are seeing the same drivers. I work at a local tech company where there are a lot of Subarus (in particular WRX's), and your profile fits rather well...about 4 out of 5 for each driver.

Short Clean Hair (well.. shaved very clean.. haha..)
Tan as hell on my face and arms thanks to the S2k (hence the reason why I don't wear shorts right now)
and I look like an a$$hole.. hahahahaha

Although I only drive my WRX when I need to..

*sort of pale skin: I wouldn't say pale, but I'm not dark.
*a relatively "straight-arrow" disposition: I'd have to agree here.

Short Clean Cut Hair: When I cut it, it is, right now, it's as messy as can be.
Sort of pale skin: I'm dark and I have a speedo tan. Deal with it.
I dunno.

 

i should start taking photos..... it's really odd how 4 out of 5 drivers look the same to me (wrx)...i even have friends with wrx's who i've mentioned this too who agree.

 

Yeah its true, my friend owns a WRX and hes just like that

 

nah, I see mostly old people driving them.

Plus, I don't fit in that category!
