ghost encounter huh? well theres this city in cali called vallejo, and theres a place called lake herman road. theres a quarrying site there now, but they say that it used to be a hill and there was a church on top. the church building burned, and there were children who got trapped there and died. the hill is now gone

well here's the story, theres a particular part of the road, where ppl say the church used to be. its now a downhill slope, BUT when cars go there and sit in neutral, ppl say that the cars are pushed by the children that were burned to death, causing your car to back UPHILL instead of rolling downhill. THIS was exactly what me and my friends experienced, when we went there, we brought TWO manual transmission cars, one 98 CR-V and an Integra. both cars backed uphill when we sat in neutral. we werent scared... we had a backing up race... lol

there was also that time when i was in my cousin's backyard pool. she's one of those ppl with third eyes, she can see spirits according to her... at least... but she says her house is plagued with many different spirits, some playful, and some there just to be there... neway, we were in her spa chillen when i just see this black thing sitting on her fence... and i see it jet out of sight a few seconds after... weird...

Gravity hills... they are all over the place. ITS JUST AN ILLUSION! the land around the road is probably a steep hill, however ur mind makes you believe its actually flat.

I went there before too. I just noticed you said Vallejo. The one I went to was in Antioch. I thought it was a illusion too but if you look at the keys they do dangle back so your really going uphill. It's weird. Don't know about ghosts but it's gotta be something scientific.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravity_hill

Explanation
The slope of a gravity hill is an optical illusion, and gravity has nothing to do with it. Local guides may claim unexplained natural or even supernatural forces are at work, but the reality is less exotic. The most important factor contributing to the illusion is a completely or mostly obstructed horizon
