i love sushi... good thing my brother is a sushi chef.. nothing like fresh, cheap home made sushi prepared by a professional sushi chef!

 

there's this sushi place near my work where we go for lunch, 2.5 rolls for $9.25.

Sushi is good.

 

all u can eat sushi and asahi beer is always a fun time

 

it gets easier as you do it. When you make a roll it's easier to cut and keep everything in order if you saran wrap, I posted this up on another forum when they asked about making sushi so I have just the pictures to show you what I mean





then cut and place on plate




I'm not a big fan of eating sushi but I am a decent cook. My favorite dishes to make are sashimi ones, decently easy once you get the hang of it but you can make them look so good
