@ lil' john and teh fonzI occasionally talk in my sleep, I know I do because I wake up in middle sentence. The things I tal kabout are straight out of a dream I had and they have nothing to do with my daily routine, just vivid dreams.
and when I was little, I lived in a two story house and on numerous occasions, I've ben discovered downstairs in the kitchen or the den on the couch. weird stuff

on a side note, i asked my psych teacher about doing stuff in your sleep, and if memory serves me, she told me that its because your brain fails to disconnect the part where you act out in response to the environment... i dont know if that makes sense but i think it means since the brain doesnt know your asleep you act out what you dream because you think its reality.

BTW - anyone ever dream but they knew it was a dream so they went ahead and tried things in there dream because they knew it was just a dream.
i have yet to do this.

I was sleeping walking once, from what my sisters have told me, and walked upstairs into my grandma's bedroom. she was sleeping on her bed and i came up to her and punched her in the stomach as i was sleep walking. this was when i was maybe 7-8 yrs. old.
