i do like watches. i find them interesting and unique. Just like my car is an extension of my person- i feel a watch would be a nice extension as well.
But you kind of need to identify which part of you that you'd like to extend. If you don't do your homework first and identify what you're looking for... you'll wind up getting the equivalent of an SRT-4 on your wrist.

So if you buy a brand new Rolex, it will increase in value even if its a used unit?

i went to a few local stores today. so many options.

I saw a couple i liked, both reasonably priced. Made me consider getting maybe 2-3 pieces that still fit into my budget instead of just one.

If you're near a Tourneau, you can find a quite large assortment of watches there. I love strolling through there.

a watch is more than just about the time it keeps....

it should be a reflection of your personality and style and taste.

just like your clothes, shoes, car, house, art, furnishings, etc...

Tourneau is way overpriced. Be sure to shop around.

tourneau has been reasonable to me.
usually around october, they give a great financing deal.
usually 12 months no interest but it was extended to 24 months the last time around.
