for your price range, i would go with

(1) Omega Planet Ocean (2201.50.00) (that's a 42mm black dial with black bezel with bracelet, there are other color, strap size combo)
(2) Omega Seamaster GMT 300m co-axial (2535.80.00)

btw, don't ever paid MSRP on those

there are better buy out there for the money (better material, technology that is being put in the watches), but the brand is not as recognizeable as the bigger name out there (i.e Sinn)
