I got pulled over today for no front plate, he then writes me a ticket for tinted windows. My windows werent even down so I guess he decided they were tinted by himself. After he writes me the ticket he gets in his car, I then realize that he did not give me my license back. I got out and asked him if I could get it back, this is what he said:

"There is 1 of 3 ways to get it back, pay $75 cash now, a bond ticket, or go to the court house on the court date and pay the fine".

I was like "ook..."

So Im pretty sure tinted windows are a non moving violation, Can he keep my license for that???

 

wut. its totally illegal to have tinted windows in illinois? not 'darker than xx' ?? jeez. I thought Hawaii was bad.

Btw, I;m sure in hawaii its a non-moving violation and cops here dont take away licenses unless its for drunk driving/wreckless, etc, and thats usually straight to jail tow your ass home anyway.

So you call attention to yourself by having no front-plate, get pulled over, ticketed. The cop, given the opportunity to now inspect the car because of the no front-plate, finds other violation and writes you up for window tint . . . And he is the gay prick?

How about growing a pair of balls and accepting the fact you screwed yourself. Stop your moaning, get a front-plate, take the tint off and go pay the fines.

 

besides, a bill to remove the window tint ban is on it's way to the governor. it has already passed both houses.

Why dont you just go bend over for the cops, Im sure they will give it to you all day and gladly accept any cash you throw at them...
