Are tinted windows a moving violation?
Tint IS a moving violation in Illinois, IIRC...

It may be "no front plate" now counts as a moving violation in Illinois. I'm trying to find the link.
There was a thread recently about it. You know the saying, "you gotta pay to play?" Well, you gotta pay to play. The rules are the rules. If you choose to break them willingly, then be prepared to deal with the consequences.
For the record, I hate front plates. But I sport them because "looking cool" isn't worth the hassle of getting pulled over for me.

besides, a bill to remove the window tint ban is on it's way to the governor. it has already passed both houses.

Wow moving violation there? Holyshit IL is crooked, most states dont even pay attention or just give you a small fine and call it a day.
