Finish your trip by Flying to Chicago for 3 days.
I think most people who have never been to Chicago underestimate it. I often find a lot of people who visit for the first time arrive with the predetermined notion the place is a dump or something, but once they get around a bit, they think its awesome. Definitely a place that is overlooked.

Hey, I'm from England. I'm planning to travel around USA this summer, for about 2-3 weeks. Basicly I need any advice: what places to visit or avoid, where to rent a car, cheapest flights inside USA etc. Many thanks

Ok, I'm 23 and will travel with my girlfriend and other friend couple (same age). We're thinking to take a plain from UK to New York, spend a day in there, rent a car and drive to Florida, would like to drive from Florida to California so we could see other states on the way (New Mexico...) or would it be better to fly from Florida to Los Angeles? I mean is it worth it to drive (Florida - LA)? And what could we visit there. We will go to Vegas of course, but also would like to see some landscapes (mountains, waterfalls etc.) not just cities. As we have limited time in USA (just 2-3weeks) we're thinking to take few flights inside USA, not sure about the costs, do you know cheap airlines?
