the treo600 loses memory when the battery dies or power is interrupted.

a hard reset can still be done on the 650, but they don't lose their memory when the battery dies.

I own a 650 now and had a 600 for a year. The 600 is a very solid phone/palm, but the screen on the 650 does make it a big upgrade as it has 4x the pixels. The faster CPU also allows it to play Divx videos better than the 600, too.

The 600/650s have very large batteries so you'd have to really never charge it to run out. 1800mAh is large for a cell phone battery.

 

i think Treo 650 is going for 2x the price of Treo 600
