i've been really good with paypal transactions, just gotta make sure you deal with legit established people, i'm real hesitant with members selling here that have less than a few years and i also look for local references too...

I got scammed buying a plasma on eBay and paypal refunded me all my money. I'm sure you'll get yours.

Thats why when I pay with paypal, I always pay through my Amex. If I get scammed, I just call amex, and I let paypal deal with the other guy. My money is always safe. Paypal can suck it.

yeah i just found out about "chargebacks" via your credit card. so i will defiently be doing this in the future.
